We store the following data :

• E-mail address
• Name, first name
• Encrypted password
• Access key for the Etsy API

Nothing else is stored.
For the internal tracking, we use Matomo with the maximum privacy settings. Your data are personal and should remain so. We don't use any external trackers and we won't.

We prefer to be transparent with you.
When you give us access to your Etsy API Token (oAuth), you authorize us to question the Etsy API for you. Etsy lets us have access to your shop data (orders, shippings, customers, listings).
When you use Trackeet, our application will perform a request for your unshipped orders (Customer Name, Order information, tracking information).

We do not save any Etsy data in our database.

Data are directly displayed in the application. Same when you scan a tracking, it's directly between you and Etsy.
Then what does Trackeet do ? We provide a tracking scanner that use Etsy's API.
